Twoult is clearly a spambot, but it did remind me to post an update that this mysteriously started working for me again last month.

Can't get past loading screen
On Windows 10, when I start up, I'm stuck at "Loading..." with no progress.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I am able to get it to load on my Xbox Series X.
