But I couldn't install the add-on with message 'You have cancelled the purchase.'

I'm not sure what the problem is here as I have not heard of it happening before.

You can try to contact Apple for a refund of your in-app purchase as I am unable cannot grant App Store refunds.

If you really want more games, the best thing to do is get the "Solitaire 3D Deluxe" app instead.
