I'm Cenalex67 and I only changed my name into "Cenalex". I reset my password but now there is a problem.
Why I'm now a new player and lost my score and ranking?
Can you do something?

Aidan, you do realize Alex isn't the only one who has stepped into this realm. You should expect others to expect similar treatment, Spanish Kate amongst them. She was so disappointed she eventually quit playing since higher ranked players wouldn't play with her given the penalty if she were to win. Just sayin'

I've made a fix to this problem so ratings will get updated now also when a username is changed. This should have been in from the start - sorry to all.

The ratings update coming in V3 will address the other problems you mentioned.

Don't suppose you know the name "Spanish Kate" changed to so I can contact her?

You could try via her husband Alby - I think he still plays.

She simply goes by Kate and was a very good player.

Ok thanks. On further investigation its too long ago now to fix things up for her.

Anyway the V3 updates will help. V3 has been delayed a bit due to the fact that I have to do my own avatar editor which is taking time, and also by the Euros...
