I purchased 3D Solitaire for my Xbox X. After a few days it stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it won’t even load. I gave it a 2 star rating when I was going to give it a 5 star rating. Someone from grass games responded to my rating and said to write an email and they would try and fix it. All my other downloads work fine. I’ve never had a game do this before. I was really looking forward to playing it because of all the different types of solitaire. A new release of the game for the Xbox was sent out yesterday - have you tried it?

Also what is the problem exactly? What is happening, and when?
