Hi,

The latest update (19th Feb) appears to have wiped out all my game stats, which I use to keep track of progress/wins.

I'm gutted!

Please can you look into a fix/restore?

The update should not have affected that stat's at all, and I've no idea why it did.

Also there's nothing that can be done that I can think of to get them back - the files are stored in the Xbox cloud and would be updated (re-saved) as soon as you started playing a new game.

But I'm not impressed, and really rather angry - the results of a thousand or so games lost, the record of my progress in the various games.

I understand totally and sorry it happened. The part of the game that deals with saving and loading user details and stats etc. all goes though Microsoft's cloud services. It may be a problem in the game, but it also could be something else going wrong on that side of things, which is totally outside of my control.

ah well. Only a game
