What is a mystical score?

A "mystical score" is 1111, 2222 etc. and also 1234 and 4321.

Thank you. I notice that my next reward is score 5 mystical scores and I am 50% complete. That sounds confusing. Do I have 2.5 mystical scores? What am I missing?

No you probably have 2. It fills at 4 and goes to the next medal at 5.

I presume this is the case - haven't checked the code.
