Can't get past loading screen

On Windows 10, when I start up, I'm stuck at "Loading..." with no progress.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I am able to get it to load on my Xbox Series X.

This is a complicated issue that I can't help with.

I'll send you an email instead with instructions on how to download the Windows Desktop version - you won't be able to use your Xbox account to login though.
