Hey Aidan
WTF happened to my recent query/post concerning the Solitaire 3D Version I thought I downloaded from your website purchase page?
I actually expected an answer and a possible solution, not a complete loss of communication on the topic.
I checked my notifications, my post listings, my profile without success. I also checked the possibility that the postings had been moved to "General Discussions", still nothing!
I await your reply with the hope that you may have taken the relevant posts off the forum to check the claim, and then to provide the fix.
Looking for further conversation on this topic, I await your reply.

Hi Aidan,
Thanks for your reply, unfortunately though, after checking all email addresses, and undeleted SPAM folders, I could not locate the correspondence referred to.
I have a feeling it may have gone straight into the spam folder, and has been deleted.
I would appreciate muchly if you could resend the email, so that I can act on its advice.
I can also now appreciate why you may have deleted the "Thread", as publicly ID'ing the Order details may have clearly not been in anybodies' interest. Especially yours!
My Apologies.

As per my position "General Discussions" , it appears that it is highly likely that I provided an incorrect email address when making the purchase under discussion.
And as stated above, there is no way to check the email address that is held in the members profile.
Unless a DM option is available, it's starting to look like i will have to make another purchase, using my correct email address, then I will seek a refund for the original purchase.
Regards

Re: Lost Posts
I sent it to the same email address you use here in the forums.
Anyway your original order was from over 6 years ago from what I see in the records so the 2 years of free updates had expired.
However I see you ordered again recently so I presume you have the latest version ok now. Its version 7. Let me know if there are still issues.

Re: Lost Posts
Aidan,
Re "refund" :-
The refund I would expect honoured, is the repurchase amount for the second purchase of the same product, apparently necessary to overcome the current situation, the subject of these posts.
The current version of Solitaire 3D after installing, what I thought was the the latest download, is 6.77.2. Unfortunately the newer " v7 *.dmg" file is no longer available, due to a possible deletion error.
Second purchase coming up.

Re: Lost Posts
Hi Aidan,
OK,
Have made the second purchase, downloaded the file as subsequently identified, and installed it in naturally sequence.
After Installation, the "about" file indicates, I'm working with version 6.77.02.
According to information outlined in your previous reply, I should be seeing version 7.
Now I may be getting old and senile, and perhaps also loosing my grip on reality, but the only other possibility that remains, is that, my problem is that after deleting all the older Solitaire 3D installers, previously downloaded, I then installed over the old configuration. Was I really supposed to delete everything Solitaire 3D, that is ( the whole shebang) prior to the new install, if so that could be where the problem arises.
By proceeding as outlined above, I presumed the the actual install would update the *.exe application files while retaining all previous settings. I was wrong, and it did not, at least as far as the settings were concerned.
I now have two purchase order numbers, expecting a refund of one of them, once we straighten this out. I assume I then proceed via BMT Micro to obtain the refund.
regards

Re: Lost Posts
I'd prefer to discuss this over email or Discord (link at the top), as its quicker and can send order details etc. I've send you another email.
I've done the refund for your order 50394559 just now.
The later version of Solitaire 3D if 7.84 - I've checked the downloads and they point to this version on both Windows and Mac. What are you running on?

Re: Lost Posts
Hi Aidan
I report that the refund requested has landed back in my account.
I confirm also after deleting the Solitaire 3D Running app, and then running the downloaded installer, version 7.84 of Solitaire 3D is up and running.
I reaffirm, as I have done in direct emails, that no emails from you have been received.
All is stable here.
