Charge for subscription but not able to play online

Aidan,

I sent email but got no response so posting my issue here:

I got a notice from my credit card company that the annual charge of 19.95 for Hearts was charged on 12/18. I don't recall setting any auto renewal so it is weird that the charge was made. I've not been in hearts for a three or four days (at that earlier time) so I did not immediately look into this as I was not attempting to play. I hesitate to subscribe as it would appear that it would charge me a second time?

Let me know what I should do?

FYI - the charge was made to:

12/18/2025 WWW.GRASSGAMES.COM PORTALEGRE $19.95

Even though this charge was made automatically, it did not make my subscription active. I notice that you are now using Link.com to do your billing.
