I am blocked from the game site and wondering why?

This is Mathteacher, and the game won't let mean onto the site? I am pretty sure my subscription is still valid, but even if it is not, it won't tell if it is or not. If someone can help me understand why this is happening and how to validate my subscription, I thank for you help. Mathteacher.

The server was down earlier today but is back up now so try getting in again
