Q. How do I download / unlock a game I have purchased?

A. See here for details on how to do this. This applies only to purchases made from the GrassGames website, not for any puchases made on an App Store.

 

 

Q. How does the purchase process work exactly / What is the GrassGames' Customer Account?

A. After you purchase any of GrassGames's titles, you are sent an e-mail straight away with your GrassGames' Customer Account details. After you get this e-mail, you can login to your GrassGames' Customer Account and download the latest full versions of the games. This account is permanent and you can access it any time.

 

Q. Can I install purchased games onto more than one computer?

A. Yes. You are allowed to install them on up to three machines that you own. Just login to your GrassGames' Customer Account on each machine to get the full version for that machine.

 

Q. Is a CD sent with purchasing?

A. No - this would increase the price of the games. You can re-install or download new releases via your GrassGames' Customer Account.

 

Q. How I get my game back after I've lost it due to a computer problem?

A. Just login to your GrassGames' Customer Account and install the full version again.

A. You can download the game again on the App Store. Find the game on the App Store, and click "Buy". You will not be charged again as Apple and Google remembers all purchases made.

 

Q. A game that I bought on an App Store is not working - how do I get a refund?

A. First of all check the games forums (links below) to see if a solution exists for your problem. If not you can post a question in the forum and hopefully a solution can be found. If you still need a refund, you will have to contact Apple directly to obtain one as all purchases via the App Stores are done through Apple.
